The plan is five pairs like it by 2030.

A community pharmacy built around gender-affirming care, HIV and sexual health, and everyday prescriptions, with a compounding lab designed for Level C non-sterile work - the highest of the three national non-sterile levels, and the one required for hazardous formulations such as hormone therapy. Compounding lets a pharmacist prepare a customised medication - the right dose, the right formulation, the right delivery method - for patients that mass-manufactured drugs cannot serve.
